What is your return policy?

60-Day Money Back Guarantee* We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and stand by the quality of our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with your purchase we will issue a refund to your credit card or exchange an unsatisfactory product for another one if returned within 60 days.

How do I place a return or exchange?

To return or exchange an item, please reach out to our Customer Care Team at beautyfirst@beautyfirstspa.com with your order number and specify which products you wish to return. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to mail those items to our returns center. Please note that single-use products are only eligible for return if they are new and unused.

Do I need a return slip?

In an effort to reduce waste, we do not include return slips in your order. Simply email us at beautyfirst@beautyfirstspa.com and our Customer Service Team will be happy to help you place your return.

How long does it take to process a return?

Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our returns center. After your return is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund which will be credited back to your original form of payment (typically 3-7 business days).

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Products on sale during promotions and certain promotional items are often not eligible for return/refund.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
